Cooking, hosting and hospitality at the heart of the breathtaking Italian Dolomites. Collett’s is looking for sociable, courteous and engaging individuals or couples with a flair for food to join our small, friendly resort teams running one of our delightful alpine chalets. Our chalets sleep between 10 and 22 people. We offer breakfast and a three course evening meal six days a week, so our Chalet Hosts get one full day off each week. The emphasis is on creating a ‘home from home’ atmosphere and providing excellent ‘home cooked food’ with an extra special twist. It goes without saying there is all of the usual domestic management of a place involved, room cleans, changeovers, food ordering etc., and depending on the size of the chalet there is normally regular help provided at breakfast and dinner from other members of the resort team.
